About Philip Pendergrass
Philip has dedicated his career to representing individuals who have suffered serious personal injuries due to the wrongful acts of others. He focuses his practice on dangerous drugs, defective medical products, auto and trucking accidents, premises liability cases, and serious personal injury claims.
Every year since 2017, Philip has been nominated by other attorneys as a Super Lawyer Rising Star, a recognition only achieved by the top 2% of attorneys in the state. He is also a member of the Gwinnett Bar Association and the DeKalb Bar Association. In law school, he was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, Student Bar Association, and Public Defender Clinic and a student attorney in the Public Interest Practicum. During his summer breaks and part-time semesters, he worked as a law clerk with one of the country’s most well-known plaintiffs’ firms. He assisted the firm in representing clients from across the country in litigation against some of the world’s largest pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers.
Philip Pendergrass grew up in the Atlanta area. He attended Providence Christian Academy in Lilburn, GA, where he was a pitcher on the varsity baseball team. He continued to pursue his love for baseball into college before an injury ended his playing career. Philip graduated from Augusta State University, later renamed Augusta University, before earning his Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia and practicing as a personal injury attorney.
Philip, his wife Nicci, and their daughters live in Peachtree Corners. When not working, he enjoys cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs and Atlanta Braves, playing golf, traveling, cooking, and spending time with his family and friends.
