Zach Peagler
Prior to joining Turnbull, Holcomb, & Moak as a managing partner, Zach Peagler had his own law firm for 15 years. Zach earned his J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2006, after a B.A. from Auburn University in 2000. He went on to work as an associate at a Birmingham-based firm following law school before co-founding his own firm in 2007. Zach is admitted to practice in all Alabama State Courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama. He is currently earning his MBA at the University of Tennessee – Knoxville.
Zach has handled hundreds of cases, including many jury trials, and takes pride in achieving successful results for his clients. He also greatly enjoys managing the firm's business affairs.
Zach is a former board chairman for Magic City Harvest and a former Outreach Chairman at St. Stephens Episcopal Church. He and his wife of nearly two decades, Shana, have three children: Lalah, Charlie, and Joe. Zach spends most of his free time coaching basketball and football and attending his daughter’s dance competitions. He also enjoys golfing and fishing at Sweetens Cove.
